Registered Massage Therapists



 Shannon Cook graduated with Honours in the Massage Therapy Program at Canadian Therapeutic College in 2011 and has been practicing in her hometown of Milton ever since.  She is passionate about the field of Massage Therapy and all it has to offer, whether it be for preventative treatment or recovery.  Shannon’s style provides deep relaxation as well as treatment-oriented work by incorporating a variety of Swedish techniques in addition to Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stone Massage with a special interest in Pre and Post Natal care.    Shannon enjoys spending time outside with her family and taking advantage of Milton’s many conservation parks and trails.  She is delighted to be able to positively contribute to her community and is thrilled to be a part of the health care team at The Womb.   



JennDunsfordJennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since the year 2000 and has worked closely with many health care professionals to assist clients in finding the treatments that will be most effective in their healing process. Jennifer uses Swedish massage, myofascial and lymph drainage techniques, as well as trigger point therapy and is comfortable treating individuals from infants through to aging adults with special attention to treating stress and tension-related symptoms, pregnancy and post-natal discomfort, sports injuries, work-related injuries, Motor Vehicle Accident recovery and other health concerns. Jennifer trained at Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington and is a certified dance teacher and outdoor enthusiast in her spare time.  She has also completed a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies and Counselling at Emmanuel Bible College in Kitchener. Jennifer most loves to spend time with her husband and two young sons hiking and camping. 



Gina graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School in 2000. She went on to establish a practice specializing in pregnancy, children and infant massage. 

A genuine interest in the areas of pregnancy and childbirth led her to complete a Midwifery degree at Ryerson University in 2009. She continued to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist for several years while also working as a Registered Midwife in the Peel & Halton Hills area.

Returning from her maternity leave, Gina will be taking a break from midwifery at this time while her family is young. She will be continuing with her Massage Therapy practice and is thrilled to join the team of professionals at The Womb to help service its wonderful community of women & children!

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors, walking & gardening. 



Amanda graduated from Sutherland Chan massage teaching school in 2004. Since then she’s enjoyed practicing various modalities such as Swedish , pre- and post-natal massage, myofascial release (NISA), lymph drainage, dry needling, cupping, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, trigger point treatment, Indian head massage and pre- and post- surgery treatment. Amanda is currently studying pelvic floor health. When she’s not helping clients improve their quality of life , Amanda enjoys exploring and camping in the woods with her family and dog, yoga and curling up with a good book. Amanda is excited to become a member of The WOMB family!


BrookeTkachPicBrooke Stevens is a Registered Massage Therapist from Dundas, ON.  She graduated from Oxford College in Burlington in 2016 in the Massage Therapy program.  In 2005, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from Lakehead University.  Brooke then went on to complete her Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.  Brooke has been studying shamanic healing and sacred womens’ medicine and rites of passage for the last decade. Most recently, Brooke was attuned to the Reiki Master Level in 2017. 

Brooke has a special interest in helping woman transition from maiden to motherhood, as well as adapt to the changes of early motherhood.  She holds a current first aid and CPR certification and is a member in good standing with the CMTO.  In her spare time, Brooke enjoys yoga, dancing, camping, and being a mommy!


Amelia_McCauleyAmelia McCauley graduated from McMaster University in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. She then earned her massage therapy diploma from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching clinic in 2012 where she was able to gain experience through a variety of special clinic outreaches. It was her time working in the high risk pregnancy rotation at Sunnybrook hospital that sparked her passion to work in the peri-natal world. Her affinity for pre-natal and post partum massage led her to become a labour support doula in 2016. Amelia's goal is to tailor her treatments to each client in a supportive and individualized way by using a combination of Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. In Amelia's spare time, she enjoys walking her Golden Retriever Finn, going to bootcamp classes, cooking, and home renovations.
